Mr. Kovalchuk started the company in 2006 and is a proven growth manager. He is responsible for providing leadership, developing technology strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. He oversees company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Miles George
Vice President / Sales / Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. George has been with the companies since it started in 2006. He leads the sales department, helps with accounting, risk management, and certification reporting of the companies. He also maintains human resource needs, website development and assist with strategic planning.

Yuriy Barva
Production Manager, Master Trainer, Warranty & Service

Mr. Barva is Altech-Eco's production manager, master trainer and operates our warranty and service dept.

Bookkeeper

Mrs. Shedko is responsible for maintaining records of financial transactions, accounts receivables, accounts payables and reporting to upper management.

Orest Kuznetsov
Calibration / Flashing Technician

Orest is responsible for the flashing and calibration department at Altech-Eco. He handles wiring, calibration and flashing processes and service questions. He also helps with research and development projects.
